PERSONAL APPROACH:
There are many types of counselling modalities. Whilst I trained in person-centred/humanistic counselling, I prefer to work holistically to meet the needs of the individual client. I use solution-focused, drawing/artwork, visualisation, mindfulness, play therapy and other approaches to help support clients. I am open to working with clients in the way that best meets their needs. This is something that we can discuss during the sessions.
